Registration Procedure

1. Please print out this registration form.
2. Send in a $50 Deposit (per cheerleader) after you have tryouts to the address listed on this form.

3. Download the Camp Information Packet for the Camp Facility that you are attending:

* UCA's Stunt and Performance Camps are geared for competitive teams interested in partner stunts, choreography, transitions, jumps, pyramids, and competitive level performance. At this camp, you will learn stunt and pyramid routines set to music, develop jump skills, and will compete daily for team awards. Some cheer material will be taught at this camp, but there will be limited game planning material. As always there will be a strong emphasis on spotting and safety and skills will be taught in proper progressions.  All-Star teams can qualify for the National All-Star Cheerleading Championship at the Walt Disney World Resort at these camp sessions ( 7 & 14) .

** At the Pine Forest (session 7) and Chestnut Lake (session 14) Stunt & Performance Camps, you can work on the skills to build your routine!

*** High School Teams who want Regular Curriculum are still able to attend Sessions 7 & 14, as both programs will be going on at the same time.

  Enclosed is $_______ at $50.00 per Person Advanced Registration Fee . 
This fee is Non-Refundable or Transferable.

REFUND POLICY - A refund less the advanced registration fee will be issued if a written request is received two weeks prior to your camp dates.  After that time, only a 50% refund on the balance due will be given because of camp guarantees. No refunds will be issued after October 1st.

* All Camp Rules and Regulations must be strictly adhered to. Any camper who does not abide by the rules will be sent home with no refund.

NOTE: No personal check accepted by individual cheerleaders at any time. ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Cash, Cashiers Check, money orders, school checks, booster club checks or individual check from the coach.
